    Senior Accountant ( Positions – 1 )

    Senior Accountant

    • Assist in the audit work, including reconciling 26AS, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, Form 26AS, P.F, ESI, GST, and TDS records.
    • Monitor and follow up on electricity bills, gas refills, and other utility payments for all offices and warehouse locations.
    • Maintain and supervise all accounts and taxation-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and upload B2B Amazon STEP and Elevate invoices, maintaining records, reconciliation, and escalating Amazon STEP payments as needed.
    • Oversee the preparation and disbursement of incentives for all departments within the organization.
    • Handle the preparation and verification of salary registers of employees, including salary disbursement.

    • Prepare and maintain records of all demand notices relating to GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements, submitting them to CA as needed.
    • Update and maintain records of payments received from clients, specifically for the Amazon and Flipkart teams, for incentive purposes.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with various teams within the organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of their financial activities.
    • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
